Tom Clancy's The Division: Underground 1.8+ Build

Solo, or in a group, this build will optimize, synergize, and counter the 5 directives in the Underground. This build is optimized for Challenging gameplay due to the Damage to Elites bonuses.

Solo, or in a group, this build will optimize, synergize, and counter the 5 directives in the Underground. This build is optimized for Challenging gameplay due to the Damage to Elites bonuses.

 
 

This build focuses on synergizing with 3 Phase, 5 Directive, Challenging Underground characteristics. Healing skills are punished with an extended cooldown, thus, healing will be found elsewhere. The damage will be done in burst to apply bleed and avoid sustaining shock damage from maxing out the shock ammo meter. The build is made to ebb and flow through the enemies as well as take down hunters with little issue. Good luck, Agent.

WEAPONS: High RPM Assault Rifles, Sub-Machine Guns to benefit 4pc PredMark bonus, as well as to mitigate the shock ammo meter and apply the bleed as fast as possible. Talents should be damage based. Try to get a weapon with the free talent as Predatory to increase survivability, even if it’s a sidearm. Mod to fit your play style. You do more DPS if you can land your shots.

ARMOR STATS: Stack as much Enemy Armor Damage (EAD) and Damage to Elites (DTE) as possible, including purple mods. Use First Aid Self Heal performance mods. Shock/Exotic Resistance reduces shock ammo stun time on player. Health on Kill assist in survivability. Any additional damage rolls are helpful, as well as ammo rolls due to reduce ammo capacity w/ the Directive Compensator. Remember to roll Damage % to Gloves for your prefered weapon.

SKILLS: Support Station (Immunizer) is an absolute must. It completely negates the shock ammo stun. Remember to hold the skill key to blow the station up for an emergency heal or overheal. Especially do this just before it expires.  A perfect pairing for this is Tactical Link to shred Hunters, Named Bosses, or SHTF situations. For the open talent, use one of your choosing. Flame/Shock Turret are great Crowd Control (CC), Pulse helps find Hunters. Remember healing skills have an extended cooldown.

TALENTS: [ON THE MOVE] reduces incoming damage and will help you survive. [FEAR TACTICS] Multiplies the targets potentially affected by your shock ammo/turret. It is invaluable and will make your mission easier with more CC. Use it. [SHRAPNEL] Pairs nicely with the PredMark Bleed. Optional. Swap out for another Medical talent if you wish. [CRITICAL SAVE] You will be using MedKits. An Extra 20% Damage Resistance will take a single MedKit a long way. Remember healing skills are on an extended cooldown.
